Everything you want to know about Louisville, Colorado real estate and more. I have watched the community evolve into the hottest area in Boulder County. Again in July 2013 named the 'Best Small Town' in America to raise a family by money magazine, for all the right reasons. Great schools, great neighborhoods, lots of open space and bike paths, great parks and a vibrant downtown that boasts great eateries, coffee shops, galleries and not one stop light!

Louisville Co Farmer's Market
What's so Great about Louisville, CO?
How about the farmer's market, still going on Saturday mornings with lucious fruit and produce from the western slope. Such a pleasant way to spend a Sat morning, and it's not a mob scene!

What's So Great About Louisville, Colorado?
Louisville, Colorado
Voted one of the 5 best small cities in America (depending on the source), ask anyone who lives in Louisville, Colorado and you’ll get lots of reasons why they love it! It’s got a small town atmosphere with access to big city amenities, close to Boulder and Denver. For starters, Louisville’s main street has vintage charm and no traffic lights! What locals love about downtown Louisville includes; my favorite coffee shop (Vic’s, a sister to the one in North Boulder), my favorite breakfast place (Huckleberrys) which is also a great place for a spot of tea, as well as lots of great eateries, which I will discuss in detail in later posts. There’s also the best antique/home accent store anywhere, The Fuzzy Antler. The owner gets some of her finds from semi-annual trips to France. http://www.thefuzzyantler.com. Add to that a terrific dog park that is a local favorite for 4 legged friends and their 2 legged companions, and you’ll start to understand why the small town of Louiville, Colorado is high on the list of places to live with a high quality of life. Come back and visit often for more about this special place. And check out my website at www.JanBaulsir.com for properties for sale.
