According to the latest S&P/Shiller Home Price Index, single family home sales rose again in August, posting the strongest gain in more than seven years, prices were up 12.8% over last year. But remember, the #1 rule of real estate is location, location, location and in our area, we are seeing just how local the real estate market can be.
